The airport can be reached in 15 minutes by making use of the public transport that departs from a stop located in the vicinity.The welcoming apartments come with a kitchen (microondas), bathroom, one or two bedrooms, a combined living/ bedroom, satellite TV, hire safe and a balcony or private terrace. Seven 2 storey buildings comprising a total of 74 apartments are to be found on this complex that was built in the year 2000. Facilities on offer include a reception, a café and the posibility of playing ping pong and petanca. In the well-kept outdoor complex are 3 freshwater swimming pools, a separate children's pool and a terrace with sun loungers and parasols laid out ready for use. It is possible to play beach table tennis or boccie and additional sun loungers and parasols have been laid out ready for use on the sandy beach that is to be found close by. Reception opened from 8 am to 24 pm. Cleaning and change towels 3 times per week and change lines 1 time per week. Maxium 2 adults + 2 childs one bedroom apartment and 4 adults + 2 childs two bedrooms apartments.
Fully refurbished this year, these pretty whitewashed ground floor and first floor apartments offer comfort and practicality. Each air conditioned apartment has 2 double bedrooms with 2 twin beds in each, a bathroom with an over bath shower and a 3Kg washing machine. The kitchenette is integrated in to the lounge-dining and has an electric hob and oven, a microwave, a fridge with freezer compartment, a toaster and crockery and utensils for all guests. The lounge-dining is furnished comfortably and has a plasma statalite TV and DVD. The front south facing terrace or covered terrace (as with the ground floor apartments) is furnished with sun chairs and table. The properties are surounded by similar properties and are situated within lovely manicured lawns and gardens. There are three free communal pools within walking distance and the beach is a pleasant stroll away. The main resort of Son Bou is 600 meters away, but within 50mts of the apartments you will find a restaurant, a supermarket, a bakery, a scuba diving school, a bus stop and a private medical surgery. The price of the apartment includes towel change and clean twice a week and bed linen once a week. The apartment has a safety deposit box - which is free of charge.
