BOOKINGS
Travel2baleares gives you 2 different ways of payment
1) Pay the total amount of the booking with credit card, through the safe server of “La Caixa” as soon as the estimate is confirmed. For your security and confidence, the numbers of your credit card will receve only the bank of La Caixa. We will never see this information. For bookings cancelled no less than 7 days before the date of arrival, the ENTIRE amount paid will be returned. After this period, and in the event of a “No Show” 10% of the total amount will be charged.
2) Pay the total amount of the booking by transfer bank, maximum 10 days before the arrival. If the payment is not received before this date, the reservation will be cancel.
RESPONSIBILITY
Travel2baleares acts solely as an intermediary between hotels, apartments, rented cars and customers. It is therefore not responsible for accidents, losses, physical damage, theft or other incidents.
COMPLAINTS AND CLAIMS
Complaints must be presented by customers during their stay. Reports resulting from claims will only be accepted if the Spanish authorities have issued their decision regarding the case.
